 | The hostel is located at the NDSM docks of Amsterdam, at the other side of the canal,with a free ferry straight to central station and down town in 10 minutes. The hostel is a basic clean setup. The ship is a historical coaster 1950. sailed the sea in northern Europe, came out duty only 5 years ago as a cargo ship and has been rebuild to suite a hostel. The most beds you find in the hull of the ship. this are bunks beds, we also have 4 private rooms including the captainsroom, wich is more a museum than a normal hotelroom. The set up in the hull is basic but good. we profide you with clean linnen. we have lockers and hot showers a good breakfast, bike rental and free internet. We are located near a government building wich is called art city, you find many artist there. Our nextdoor restaurant has resonable prices and jummy food.( its also the place to be) The connection with the hostel at night is by night bus 363. brings you in 10 minutes and 3 euro back to the hostel. please find our hostel during daylight if you can. We are very easy to find if you know. |  | We try to give you a Maritime Experience by sleeping at a real ship. it's a funny place to stay. We offer a good breakfast american and continental, you can join the famous boat rides we have into the canals of amsterdam for only 5 euro pp. |  | Check in between 16:00 and 22:00 hours |  | On request we offer lunch and diner |

Our Hostel is situated in a forgein industrial erea wich is pimped up to a hot spot in the city with festivals in dance and art. The enviroment is a foreign shipbuild yard. near the canal and a view over the skyline of Amsterdam. This part of Amsterdam has been forgotten for many years, 10 minutes by bike from the hostel you find typical Dutch landscapes, with farmers and famous Dutch sky. 10 minutes by ferry you are in city centre Down town. | | Directions | From Central train Station you take the free ferry called NDSM, that brings you to the other side of the river in 8 minutes, you walk around the MTV building into tt Neveritaweg trough the Gate of NDSM follow signs NOORDERLICHT restaurant, we are located next to that restaurant at the ship Marietta, please check inn before 2200 hours | | Transportation | At night back to the hostel you take the nightbus 363 from REMBRANDSPLEIN, from Schiphol Airport take a train to Amsterdam central station and then take the free ferry NDSM you come by eurolines bus, take a train or subway to central station first and then the free ferry. | | Airport | Amsterdam Schiphol airport, always 45 minutes by free ferry and train, 3 euro |
