Access Guest House offers more than just a place to sleep. All who visit us can enjoy a Breakfast, Lunch or Supper. Should you visit us here for work, we can even arrange a lunch that you can take to work, but that is not all....
Apart from offering Executive and Tourist Accommodation in a quiet up market beach front suburb with the Options of Bed and Breakfast or Self-Catering units, sleeping between 2-4 persons, we can combine units that can share up to 9 persons.
For the Tourist or SA visitor we have excellent touring packages.
We can arrange for you to be picked up at Port Elizabeth Airport or you can pick up a cab from right outside. There's no order, just check each one as to the price to your destination. Awesome service, so safe, and amazingly reasonable. There are nearly always cabs outside the airport though. Make sure you get their card so you can take a taxi where ever you go in the city.
The friendly city indeed - Port Elizabeth (or P. E as it is known) is indeed the friendly city. The people are very friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel at home.
Continued... There is a beautiful stretch of beach at Sardinia Bay and although it can get VERY windy, wonderful for a day out. Great walks on the promenade as well. Great for a night or 2 and bonus of being very close to the Addo Elephant Park.
Exciting and different experience! - Sarah Martins. Date of travel: Nov 2004. An excellent game farm (Molweni) about 2 hours from PE has just started what they call the Nguni Cattle Roundup. I joined the first one and what an exciting, different experience it was! It is an adventure on horseback, the main aim to find, gather and herd the cattle on the farm to areas where they get dipped, tagged, branded etc, but en route we rode past giraffe and wildebeest - and the scenery was beautiful too. I felt like a real cowgirl, dashing around the bushes to round up the cows! And after each day we were pampered with superb food and accommodation. 3 Days of exhilarating adventure together with four nights of well-fed relaxation combined to give us an exceptional encounter that balanced horseback riding, cattle work and game viewing.
Access Guest House is also just 300m from the main beach, should you just want to surf, swim or experience PE's clean coastal air...

Anyone can join. And it is FREE! To join.
How does it work and what are the benefits?
Each Club member receives a club card from ACCESS GUEST HOUSE, and with every time you sleep over in one of our rooms, we will recognize this by authorizing your card for you. After 10 acknowledgments, you receive one night FREE. Only the person & his family with the Card, may enjoy this benefit. You choose what value card you want to use and the benefit is only accepted for that value unless you became member of the other value's as well.
Booking and Travel Agencies:
Booking & Travel Agencies are also welcome to take part in our club.
The only difference is that we work on Quote & Invoice acknowledgments by the amount of confirmed bookings made trough your Company. FREE! Nights may be accumulated and is transferable, say to make up a two week holiday etc. This could include breakfast and dinner, obviously depending on the types of value you book.
We serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at our Dining Hall. We can cater and handle up to 16 People an hour. Depending upon types of food requests, we can cater virtually for any type of eating habit, but our specialties are English Breakfasts, 3 Course Dinners and light lunches. One just need to let us know in advance if sitting in or desire us to keep your food warm should one be running late for one or other reason.
Every day we serve something different, especially lunch and dinner.
Everybody that experienced our food, will find that the result compared to a lot of other institutions are far above what they offer and especially very tasty for our low prices.
You are also welcome to book for any of our meals even if you don't book in to sleep over, just to say you've had that ACCESS Dining experience.
